We all know and love the classic mousse au chocolat with milk chocolate. Here at EAT CLUB, however, we’re fans of variety, which is why we use white chocolate instead of the classic chocolate for this mousse: there’s a white chocolate mousse! This smooth and creamy dessert is every passionate white chocolate lover’s dream. including me

On cloud nine: white chocolate mousse
description
Mousse au chocolat, but with white chocolate.
the preparation
-
It is better to pour the butter an hour before, so that it softens.
-
Chop the white chocolate and melt it in a hot water bath. Meanwhile, separate the eggs. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly.
-
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the softened butter and combine this with the chocolate. Scoop out the pulp from a vanilla pod and add to the chocolate.
-
Beat the egg white and cream separately. In between, clean the attachment or blender. Carefully fold the two beaten ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
Be careful not to lose too much air!
-
Pour the mousse into dessert glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more. Serve with fresh mint. Finish it!
