You can use a variety of fresh or frozen berries to make quark, such as raspberries, blueberries or strawberries. The quantity can also be changed as desired.

Place quark, applesauce, olive oil and linseed oil in a bowl and mix well. Remove the vanilla bean from the pod and stir into the quark as well. A pinch of salt. Press the berries lightly with a fork to create a chunky berry puree. Place quark and berry puree alternately in glasses.
