Salted Caramel Brownies (Sugar Free, Gluten Free and Vegan)
Base ingredients:
100 g of crushed walnuts, 100 g of crushed hazelnuts, 270 g of dates, 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 pinches of salt.
Ingredients caramel:
230g dates, 50g maple syrup, 30g peanut butter, 100g coconut butter, 1-2 teaspoons coconut oil, 2-3 pinches of salt.
Glaze:
150 g sugar-free / vegan dark coating, 1 tsp coconut oil, salted peanuts
Preparation:
For the base, preheat the oven to 160°C. Blend all ingredients in an electric food processor until a sticky mass forms. Press these into a brownie tin, preferably with wet hands. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. For the caramel, mix all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a uniform mass. Season with salt and maple syrup, perhaps adding a little cinnamon. Spread the caramel evenly over the cooled base using a spatula. cool down Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: melt the tapa with coconut oil and mix until smooth. Then spread over the caramel layer.
