Ingredients for the meat:
First, prepare the marinade for the meat. Peel and roughly chop the garlic and onion. Peel, quarter, core and chop the apples. Place the garlic, onion and apple chunks in a tall bowl and mix with the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and water in an immersion blender.
Cut the steak into 0.5 cm slices, put it in a bowl, pour the marinade over it and let it soak overnight.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the marinated steak strips in it for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast the sesame separately in a pan without fat and spread it over the bulgogi.
Ingredients for Pak Choi:
Cut the pak choi in half and fry in a pan in sesame oil on both sides at a moderate temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients for radish salad:
Peel the radish and cut into thin slices. Wash and dry the spring leeks and peppers and cut them into rings/slices. Make a sweet and sour marinade with sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Marinate the radishes, onion and pepperoni slices in it.
Serve hot bulgogi on plates along with pak choi and radish salad.
