Our potato leaves with cheddar and mozzarella are already a hit. If you like, you can sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.

the preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the potatoes very well, then peel them as desired. Thinly slice or grate the bulbs lengthwise.

  2. Grease a round bowl or baking pan and place the potatoes in a fan shape – as shown in the picture. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and leave everything in the oven for 40 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle potatoes evenly with shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella. Put everything back in the oven without the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes. That’s it – enjoy!
