With spinach! Good cooking: pasta in tomato minced meat and sour cream sauce
In the fall we just need dishes that warm you up and make you happy. Our pasta with minced meat tomato and sour cream sauce is just what you need.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
400 g of pasta, whatever you want
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
400 g minced meat, mixed
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
200 ml of stock
200 g canned tomatoes, chopped
1 cup sour cream
60 g of spinach, from the salad shelf
And it’s done like this:
First, cook pasta al dente in salted water according to package directions. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Add minced meat and fry until minced. Then add the onion and fry until translucent, now stir in the garlic as well.
Add the ingredients to the edge of the pan and place the tomato paste in the middle. Fry briefly to caramelize. Deglaze everything with the broth and mix the ingredients well, then you can also throw in the canned tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for ten minutes.
In the next step, stir in the sour cream. Cook another five minutes. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and add to the pan. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Now the cooked drained pasta can be added to the pan. Mix everything well and season as desired. That’s it, enjoy.
Tip: Want creamier? Stir 2-3 tablespoons of melted cheese into the sauce. Simply heavenly!
