Cook pasta according to package directions and then drain. Place the frozen shrimp in a colander and hold briefly under running water, then allow to drain in the colander. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (175 degrees fan oven). Grease a baking dish.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix the cream and eggs with a mixer and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the canola oil in a pan and cook the shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat. Remove, then add the onion and after 2-3 minutes the garlic. After another 2-3 minutes, add the tomato to the onion and garlic with the shrimp. Deglaze with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the finished pasta into the saucepan. Mix with the contents of the pan. Pour the egg cream and cut the mozzarella into small slices and put it on top. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. That’s it already.
