A simple and really tasty dish: our pan-fried gnocchi

The biggest appetite will soon be satisfied with the quick gnocchi pan. This is sure to become your favorite dish.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g of gnocchi from the fridge
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 80 ml hot broth
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Salt pepper
  • grated parmesan

And it’s done like this:

  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to package directions. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion in oil in a pan until transparent, then add the garlic.
  2. After 1 minute, add the minced meat to the pan and cook until heated through. Now add tomato paste and hot stock and stir. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and cut the leaves in half. When it’s done, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the finished gnocchi in the pan with minced meat and season again with salt and pepper. Scatter the grated parmesan over the gnocchi on the table. Now sit down at the beautifully set table and enjoy the comfort.

The ground beef is spicy and strong and the gnocchi are tender. And since you can’t or don’t want to eat meat every day, quick tomato gnocchi are also a perfect everyday meal.

We’re also happy to include vegetables under the cheese topping, such as broccoli gnocchi casserole with three types of cheese. We like to advertise it as a gnocchi casserole with lots of cheese. A little fun is always good!
