Juicy meatballs with pasta salad in a class – don’t miss it!
Soak the cakes in warm water. Wash the radishes, spring onions and snow peas. Slice the radishes and cut the onion into thin rings.
For the salad, hard boil 3 eggs in water for 10 minutes. Stop, peel and let cool. Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Cook the sugar snap peas for the last 4 minutes. Drain, turn off.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the boiled eggs. Mix all the prepared salad ingredients with the salad dressing.
To make the meatballs, knead the minced meat, bread roll, 1 egg, mustard, salt and pepper. Form about 16 small meatballs. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs in it for 6-8 minutes while turning them. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Taste the salad again. Serve with meatballs and garnish with chervil.
