You will need: 500 grams of waxy potatoes, 2 red peppers, 2 onions, 500 g of mixed minced meat, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, a little oil, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 500 milliliters of vegetable broth, salt, pepper and some chives. .
