Homemade 5-minute terrine: a lightning recipe for delicious noodle soup

You just have to wash and chop the vegetables, that’s almost with the preparations. You mix curry paste, salt and oil into a spice mix that gives your 5-minute homemade terrine the necessary flavor. At the end, boiling water is poured over all the ingredients and left to infuse for 5 minutes, just like the store-bought version. Because of the short prep time, the carrots, peppers and peas stay nice and crunchy. Perfect!

You need the following ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 500 ml of water
  • 80 g noodles (ramen or mi noodles are best)
  • 80 grams of peas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock powder

And this is how the preparation is achieved:

1. First wash or peel the carrot and pepper and cut them into very thin slices or small cubes.

2. Bring the water to a boil. Mix the curry paste with salt and olive oil. Prepare two bowls and divide the carrots, pasta, peas and vegetable stock powder. Also, divide the curry paste mixture.
