  • 1 Chinese cabbage salad
  • 2 pears
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • walnut oil or sunflower oil
  • Pear Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt pepper
  • 100 grams of sour cream

Wash the potatoes, cut into thin slices and marinate with a little oil and salt. Spread on a tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 degrees until crispy.

Wash the lettuce and cut into thin strips. Marinate with walnut oil, pear vinegar and salt and season.

Halve the pears, remove the core and cut into pieces. Mix the walnuts, a little honey, salt and pepper. The pears now go into the oven with the almost finished potatoes.

Spread the finished potatoes and pears over the marinated salad and garnish with sour cream, some watercress or fresh herbs.
