Ingredients for the kohlrabi filling
You need: 4 kohlrabi, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of onions, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 500 grams of minced meat, salt, pepper, 200 milliliters of white wine, 400 milliliters of cream, 500 milliliters of vegetable stock, 2 tablespoons of chives

This is how it is done: Wash and peel the kohlrabi. Cut the cover about 1.5 cm. Scoop it out with a spoon. Cut the kohlrabi into small pieces. Wash, peel and finely chop the carrots. Place in a bowl with the kohlrabi meat. Peel the onion and garlic – finely chop both and add. Wash the spring onion well, remove the outer skin and cut into rings.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Fry kohlrabi, carrots, onion and garlic. Deglaze with white wine and leave to simmer. Add the cream and let it simmer. Finally add the spring onions and season again with salt and pepper.

Cook the vegetable broth in a saucepan. Put the kohlrabi, including the lid, in a boiling vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Place kohlrabi individually on a plate. Add some vegetable stock to the minced meat filling to make it nice and creamy. Place the minced meat filling on the kohlrabi. Cut the chives into rings and place them on top of the stuffed kohlrabi.
