Pasta, minced meat and cheese: a combination that always turns out well, especially au gratin! Introducing our favorite macaroni casserole, guaranteed to be a hit with everyone. the recipe
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and onion and sauté for two minutes.
Fry the minced meat until it crumbles.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the tomato paste and saute.
Minced meat is deglazed with beef broth and tomato paste, seasoned with herbs for 5 minutes keep burning
Now preheat the oven on top and bottom at 200 degrees.
Place the uncooked macaroni in the casserole dish, spread over the beef sauce and cover with the grated cheese.
Cook the macaroni casserole for 30 minutes and enjoy it hot – done!
Oh yes! Anyone who wants to avoid meat doesn’t automatically have to rule out macaroni casserole. Instead, the ingredients should be beef stock with vegetable broth and beef through ground soybeans or other alternatives can be exchanged. The cheese is now also available in vegan form, so that there is no obstacle to a vegan version of the classic gratin.
