Preparing Euro 1 potato casserole is quick and easy

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes, then slice them about an inch thick. Layer the potato slices in a casserole dish.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the flour and milk and let the mixture simmer. Season with a little salt and add the cheese.
  3. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and bake the potato casserole at 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees oven) for 35 minutes.
