Bowl with vegetables and minced meat: Classic sauce with side

Vegetable and minced meat cake is a pasta-free version of the classic Bolognese sauce. This simple – and that means throwing everything in one pan – is filling and comforting. These delicious foods should be on the table from time to time. The best thing to do is to sit on the sofa and watch this movie, if you can really join in and still turn it on again and again. Give yourself this moment, because something like this is good for the soul!

All the vegetables also give you a very healthy and nutritious feeling, and the Italian herbs round it off perfectly. By the way, this recipe is much lower in calories than the version with pasta, because most of the carbohydrates are missing here, of course. But that’s only for those who pay attention to something like this by the way. However, these should not be without the crispy grissini, which give this dish the right crunch.

By the way, our bolos with vegetables and minced meat can also be easily made vegan by replacing the minced meat with soy granules or another vegan minced meat. We also have some recipes with tofu that might inspire you. Very simple!

However, if you’re someone who absolutely loves minced meat, you’ll probably find what you’re looking for in these recipes. But otherwise, here are some delicious vegan recipes (because going vegan is a lot easier than some people think).

But now back to our Veggie Bowls and Mincemeat: Have fun with this delicious recipe, hopefully it will become a new comfort food for you too. Enjoy your meal!

description

Our version of the classic Bolognese: Bolo with vegetables and minced meat. Without pasta, but with grissini, this dish just exudes well-being and, in addition, it is very easy to prepare.

the preparation

  1. Wash, peel and finely chop the celery. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into thin slices. Wash, clean and cut the leek into rings.

  2. Peel the shallots and garlic cloves, mince them finely and fry them with the minced beef in a pan coated with hot oil. Season with salt and chili flakes. Add the chopped tomatoes and 50 ml of water, bring to a boil. Add the prepared vegetables and Italian herbs and cook covered for 12 minutes. Serve with wholemeal grissini or wholemeal baguette.
