A package of corn cakes

500 g minced beef
tomato paste
Salt, pepper, chili flakes

To fill:

lettuce leaves
strips of red pepper
About 150 g of grated cheese

For the guacamole:

2 avocados
1 lime
1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
Salt pepper

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meat. Then add the tomato paste and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

For the filling, cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces and cut the peppers into strips.

Peel the avocados, remove the stone and put the flesh in a mixing bowl with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix with a blender. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into small pieces and fold them.

Heat the corn cakes briefly in the microwave. Place the cheese in the center of the still warm flatbread, then the minced meat, avocado cream, lettuce, corn and pepper strips.

Carefully fold the flat bread up and down and finally place the sides on top of each other. Cut in half and serve with guacamole if desired.
