Make yourself happy Autumn dessert in a glass – with apples, walnuts and quark

Autumn dessert in a glass: sweet fruits meet crunchy nuts and a heavenly cream.
Our autumn dessert with apples, walnuts and quark in a glass is very easy to prepare and tastes amazing. You absolutely must try this.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
3 apples
100 grams of sugar
4 spoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
250 g of cheese
250 grams of ricotta
And it’s done like this:
In the first step, peel the apples, remove the core and cut the rest into small cubes.
Put about half of the sugar in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until it caramelizes a little. At this point add the chopped apples and walnuts and stir. Fold in the honey and lemon juice, let it caramelize briefly and then remove from the heat.
Mix the quark and ricotta in a bowl and sweeten with the remaining sugar.
Prepare four dessert cups and fill with a third of the cream. Now spread half of the apple mixture on top and then another layer of cream. Then the apple mixture again and finally the rest of the cream. Decorate the glasses with walnuts as you like – and that’s it!
