A Filipino dessert made with three ingredients – avocado with condensed milk –

This dessert only has 3 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make. But it fits perfectly in summer and impresses with its sweetness and freshness. Since the avocado is the main ingredient, you have to pay attention to the high quality and good level of ripeness. They should be soft rather than firm. Then they have a nice sweetness and are perfect for our quick dessert with avocado and condensed milk.

To make it even more refreshing, you can also add some ice cubes to the bowl. These stretch the sweetened condensed milk slightly and ensure that it is not so sweet. We topped the avocado with condensed milk and basil seeds. However, it is less so when it comes to taste and texture. Basil seeds have a more neutral or slightly nutty flavor.
